Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your device open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions (or the App Store → your account → Subscriptions), select Learn AI, and tap Cancel. You keep premium access until the end of the current billing period. See Apple's guide: How to cancel a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
I want a refund.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
In the app open the Profile tab and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, learning path, and progress. You can also email us to request deletion. Note: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — cancel it in your Apple ID settings (see above).
The app isn't working correctly.
Try closing and reopening the app, and make sure you're on the latest version. If the problem persists, email us with your device model, iOS version, and a short description (a screenshot helps).
