Subscription Terms

1. What Learn AI Premium includes

Learn AI Premium is an optional, paid, auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the App's premium content and features, including full access to all courses and lessons. Without a subscription, you can use the free features of the App, which may include a limited number of free lessons.

2. Available plans

Learn AI Premium is offered as the following auto-renewable plans:

The exact price of each plan is shown in the App before you confirm your purchase. Prices are localized to your App Store region and currency by Apple and may differ by country. We may change plan pricing from time to time; any price change will be presented to you before it applies and, where required, with the option to consent, in accordance with App Store rules.

3. Free trial (if offered)

If an introductory free trial is offered and you are eligible, you will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID will be charged the applicable price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable. Each user is generally eligible for a free trial only once.

4. Billing and automatic renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the applicable renewal price.
• Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple through the App Store. We do not process payments and never receive your payment-card details.

5. Managing and cancelling your subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID:

• Open the Settings app on your device → tap your name → Subscriptions; or
• Open the App Store → your account → Subscriptions.

Select Learn AI and choose to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to premium features until then. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

6. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms. We do not directly control or issue refunds for App Store purchases. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you may have additional statutory rights; note that by starting to use digital content immediately you may waive the standard withdrawal period where the law allows.

7. Restoring purchases

If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore an active subscription using the Restore Purchases option in the App, as long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

8. Changes to plans and terms

We may add, modify, or discontinue subscription plans and features. If we make material changes to these Subscription Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
